Are you looking for a break where the sex is guaranteed? 

Maggie & Ian wish to welcome you to our lovely Bed & Breakfast for that all time relaxing break.

Stroll around the gardens and, when in season, sample the home grown fruit and vegetables.

Not everyone wishes to be restricted by clothes! So therefore when you stay with us that's not an issue, you can be naked 24hrs whilst within our grounds. Think of that all-over gorgeous tan, no more shorts or bikini lines!!

Our policy is, everybody is special

We are situated15mins north of Alicante airport, between the town of "San Vincente" and the village of "Agost", which is known for its ceramic making. We can arrange to meet and greet you from the airport if you wish and get you back to our lovely orchard setting to chill.

We can accomodate up to 10 people maximum consisting of six people in the villa and a maximum two people in each cabin. Enjoy the large pool and al-fresco dining.

Couples €80 per night
Single Gents €80 per night
Single Women €40 per night

Breakfast can be catered for people in the villa at a small extra charge, if required you book with Maggie!!

Sex with Maggie is available for an extra charge of 90€ per hour. If required let Maggie know at the time of booking.
